1、 If the product experiences any defects or malfunctions, please contact the sales or after-sales department of Zetong Technology at 0755 27206190 to confirm the problem.
After being confirmed by after-sales personnel as a product quality issue, remote repair or rework will be carried out based on the product SN number you provided.
2、 When you need warranty, please provide your invoice, shipping address, and detailed description of the malfunction.
After receiving the faulty equipment, the after-sales department will complete the repair and handling of the equipment within 2 working days and provide a repair report. If there are special circumstances that extend the repair time, we will also inform you as soon as possible.
